All about our platters
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend that you order at least 24 hours in advance to give us time to select the finest shellfish at the auction. For the festive season (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter), order at least 1 week in advance - it's the craziness of the sets!
How do I get my platter back?
Our platters can be collected directly from BAP' in Plomeur. Collection is possible Open 7 days a week from 11.30 am to 9 pm, with free parking in front. For major orders (10+ platters), contact us to organise collection - we'll adapt!
How do I store my platter?
The platter must be consumed within 4 hours after removal for optimum freshness. Store in a cool place between 2°C and 6°C, covered with a damp cloth. Take it out 15 minutes before to enjoy all the flavours.
Can I change the composition of a platter?
For the moment we only offer Le Bigouden - made up from the day's supply. For special requests (extras, larger platters, events), call us on 02 98 10 78 81, We'll work something out. Other formulas (Royal for 4 people, tailor-made for events) are coming soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the credit card (Visa, Mastercard), the species and luncheon vouchers at the counter. For online orders, payment is made by secure bank card.
Does the composition vary according to the season?
Yes! We work with the day's arrivals, so the composition may vary slightly depending on the season and the catch. That's the'ultra-fresh ! If a product is not available, we replace it with a shellfish of equivalent quality - and we always warn you.
