- Processing reservations and orders for seafood platters
- Responding to contact and information requests

Legal basis
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases:

- Fulfilment of a contract (platter orders)

Shelf life

Data recipients
Your data will never be sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may, however, be processed by the following technical service providers within the strict framework of their mission:
- o2switch (France) - Site host
- Google LLC - Google Analytics 4 (anonymised statistics) and Google Maps (access map)
- Zenchef (France) - Online booking widget
- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets - Storage of capture emails
Some of these service providers (Google) may transfer data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Le BAP' does not modify the content of the reviews and responds publicly to each review in the interests of transparency (EU directive 2161/Omnibus 2022).

BAP RESTAURANTS implements the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected: HTTPS connection, restricted access, regular back-ups, secure passwords.
